Care 4 You is a family owned non-emergency medical transport company which operates in Upstate New York; We are a woman operated business on a mission to provide quality, timely service to those in need in and around the Capital Region.

We are a company that prides ourselves on principles of kindness; we pride ourselves on our image, and drive newer, always safe and always clean vehicles so that our clientele feel comfortable when they ride with us; we pride ourselves in our drivers, and we employ up-beat, friendly staff who care about the people sitting next to them; but most importantly we pride ourselves in the relationships and bonds that we make--with both clientele and facilities.

These relationships are the primary reason why we decided to get into the NEMT business. Our journey started 12 years ago when Denise, a close family member suffered a traumatic brain injury and became completely dependent on Medicaid for all of her medical needs. Early in our journey, we met some of the most compassionate, caring, and kind people who work selflessly and often thanklessly to provide service to those in need. This was especially true with the facilities in the area, namely Living Resources.

Unfortunately, not all of our early experiences were as positive. We found this was the case with many of the transportation companies we encountered, and we quickly realized there was a great need for a transportation company that actually care about the clients they are transporting. Over dinner one night, while discussing Denise’s care plan, the inspiration to start a transportation business was born.

This was the spark that started Care 4 You, and since then, we have worked tirelessly to provide a superior level of customer service, but more importantly, a much needed sense of peace to those caretakers who leave their loved ones in the care of others on a daily basis.

It is difficult to trust your loved ones with someone that doesn’t fully care about and understand the needs of TBI patients; we are that company in the Capital Region of Upstate New York--we understand the needs of the patients and the families of those who suffer from TBI.
